Tuesday & Wednesday: urgent Albany trips for pro-tenant bills

We have just a couple more days to get the State Senate to pass some much needed rent reforms!

Join us for trips to Albany on Tuesday (6/29/10) and Wednesday (6/30/10) for some last minute lobbying in the halls of the legislature. This is it folks, tenants need to be present in Albany this week if we have any hope of getting some of our legislation passed like repeal of vacancy decontrol, protections for Section 8 and Mitchell-Lama tenants, extension of the rent laws, MCI reform and other much needed bills. 

What: Final Tenant Trips to Albany
When: Tuesday 6/29 & Wednesday 6/30, leave NYC at 7:30am, return to city in the evening
Where: Get on van at WSNA's organizing space (500 W. 52nd Street at 10th Ave) and then head to Albany
