Tenants Demand NY Senate Action on Pro-tenant Legislation

Housing activists, on Monday (July 12, 2010) protested at 250 Broadway in lower Manhattan, site of New York City offices and hearing rooms of the New York legislature, to demand that the Senate acts on pending legislation to repeal advocacy de-control and protect rights of tenants.  Thirteen activists were arrest during the protest.
