Create New York Housing Investment Fund
We are looking for the Governor and legislative leaders to support the creation of a Housing Investment Fund – a true housing trust fund with its own dedicated source of revenue. There is currently a New York State Housing Trust Fund, but it is dependent on annual allocations from the state legislature. We want a Housing Investment Fund with its own source of revenue that would not depend on what the Executive and the legislature decide to allocate to it.
